Welcome to the new 7th Boston Swineshead Scouts website: a home for local Scouting news, information for families and ways to get involved in our community.
Our group has been part of Swineshead life since 2013. We help young people from the village and surrounding Boston area in Lincolnshire build skills, friendships and confidence through Scouting.
Find your next adventure
Our section pages introduce Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, with age ranges, activities and information for your first visit. If you would like to join, contact our volunteer team to ask about places and arrange a taster session.
Discover our story
Read our history, from two Scouts meeting in Swineshead Church Hall to the group we know today. Find out how our Scout Show, community events and fundraising help support local young people.
Dates, bookings and information for parents
Visit What’s On for published event details and available bookings. Check each event for its arrangements, costs and booking requirements. If no dates are listed, please ask your section team for the latest programme.
Parents can use their account to manage their family information and bookings. Keeping contact and health information up to date helps leaders prepare for activities. Our camp checklist is a useful starting point for nights away; always follow the kit list supplied for your event.
Keep in touch
Sign up using the newsletter form for group news and updates. We will also share stories and announcements here on Campfire as they become available.
Help local Scouting thrive
Our group depends on volunteers and community support. You can help regularly, occasionally or behind the scenes. Visit our volunteering page or explore ways to support the group.
We hope the website makes it easier to find what you need. If anything is unclear or you need help using it, please get in touch.
